Just recently, drone maker Autel Robotics has provided an option to DJI’s Mavic 2 Enterprise: the EVO II Enterprise. The Autel EVO II Enterprise comes in 2 variations: the EVO II Pro Enterprise with a 6K electronic camera and the EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise with a 640 * 512 pixel thermal imaging sensor. Both editions can be equipped with a speaker, strobe light, floodlight or RTK module.

EVO II Enterprise

The EVO II series drones by Autel Robotics are characterized by a folding style, a flight time of around 40 minutes and a striking orange body. The EVO II was at first released as a video camera drone for recreators and filmmakers. With the introduction of the brand-new EVO II Enterprise, Autel is likewise concentrating on operators who utilize drones for inspections and security functions.

The Autel EVO II Enterprise is available in two versions: the EVO II Pro Enterprise with a 6K electronic camera (16x digital zoom) and the EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise with a 640 * 512 pixel thermal imaging sensing unit. Both editions can be geared up with a speaker, floodlight, strobe light, or RTK module, which is sold independently. The new drone has carbon fiber arms and is geared up with bigger, more effective motors.

Security and control

For the function of flight security, the drone is geared up with 360º obstacle detection. The drone likewise has ADS-B In, and can for that reason caution versus approaching air traffic. The Autel Enterprise drone also features a system that warns if one is in a no-fly zone, but the geofencing system will not avoid the user from taking off the drone.

For the control of the EVO II Enterprise, Autel will deliver the in May of this year introduced Smart Controller. This controller has a 7.9″Retina display screen showing the live camera image from the drone in 1080p HD resolution. The series of the controller is roughly 13 km. Thanks to dual band assistance and automatic frequency selection, the Smart Controller can also be used in an environment with high interference.
